Introduction

Welcome to All Your Cleaning LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website https://allyourcleaning.com and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Descriptions

  • Residential House Cleaning: We offer comprehensive residential cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Carpet Cleaning Services: Our carpet cleaning includes shampooing with commercial machines. Note that extremely soiled carpets may not achieve optimal results, and partial refunds may be issued in such cases.

User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate and complete information when booking services. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your appointment or account.
  • Website Usage: Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our website may lead to cancellation of your account and services.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Chase for Business QuickAccept.
  • Deposit and Payment Collection: A $1 deposit is charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged upon service completion using the stored payment method (via Stripe). If payment cannot be collected, you consent to owing the debt and acknowledge that it may be sent to collections. You agree to bear any costs associated with the collection of this debt.
  • In-Person Payments: Payments taken in person must be processed via tap-to-pay or manual entry of a debit/credit card with sufficient balance.
  • Automatic Payments for Recurring Services: For recurring cleaning services, payments will be automatically charged after each service is completed.

Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policies

  • Booking: Bookings can be made with less than 24 hours’ notice in most cases, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled cleaning to avoid charges. If the cleaner arrives and the appointment was not canceled, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling can be done up to 2 hours before the appointment without penalty. Extensions during the clean are subject to availability.
  • Refunds: Refunds can be requested if it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the service provided did not meet our standards. Partial refunds may be issued if carpets are extremely soiled beyond our cleaning capability. Approved refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.

Marketing Consent

  • Marketing Communications: By booking an appointment and accepting these terms, you consent to receiving marketing communications via email, text message, and phone calls from us. You may receive up to 10 marketing SMS messages per month. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by:
    • Emails: Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of emails.
    • Text Messages: Replying with “STOP” to any text message.
    • Phone Calls: Verbally requesting to be removed from our calling list.
  • Booking Information and Cleaner Communications: You consent to receiving unlimited SMS messages related to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and communications directly from your assigned cleaner.

Liability Limitations

  • Insurance and Liability: We carry insurance with The Hartford. We will rectify any property damage caused by our cleaners either privately or through our insurance, provided that the damage is proven to be the cleaner’s fault. Our liability for any damages is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policy with The Hartford. This limitation does not waive any rights you may have under applicable state law.
  • Theft: In the event of alleged theft by an employee, you must file a police report and provide proof before any action can be taken. We follow standard cleaning company practices in handling such incidents.

Dispute Resolution

  • Out-of-Court Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You have the right to opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of accepting these terms.

Property Damage and Theft

  • Reporting and Rectification: If a cleaner causes damage, the client must provide evidence, and we will resolve the issue either privately or through our insurance, The Hartford. Any claims must be accompanied by a police report and supporting evidence.

Termination Clauses

  • Termination of Service: Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. If work is completed before payment is accepted, the full amount is still due, and payment may be collected through any legal means.

  • Introduction to Cookies: Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the website. They are used to enhance your browsing experience.
  • Types of Cookies Used: Our website may use session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies from plugins for analytics and other purposes.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided. We comply with all applicable state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
