Effective Date: May 28, 2026
These Terms govern website use, quote requests, bookings, payments, employment applications, and communications with All Your Cleaning LLC.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of allyourcleaning.com, your requests for quotes, your booking or purchase of services from All Your Cleaning LLC, your submission of employment applications through our website, and your communications with us.
By using our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking services, making payment, applying for employment, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company Information
Athens, GA 30606
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a booking request, purchase services, or apply for employment through our website.
By using our website, submitting a form, booking services, or applying for employment, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.
3. Services
All Your Cleaning LLC provides cleaning-related services in the areas we choose to serve. Service availability may vary by location, staffing, operational conditions, scheduling capacity, and other business factors.
Any quote or estimate is based on the information you provide. Final price, timing, staffing, and scope may change if the actual condition of the property, access conditions, requested work, service location, or other material facts differ from what was submitted or reasonably expected.
We reserve the right to decline, pause, reschedule, or discontinue service if we determine that the requested service is unsafe, unavailable, unlawful, outside our service area, outside our agreed scope, or otherwise unsuitable for our team.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including service address, contact information, household details, access instructions, pet information, alarm information, parking information, and any special conditions relevant to service.
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property and for disclosing any known hazards, fragile items, valuable items, pets, access restrictions, security systems, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances that could affect service.
You are responsible for securing valuables, confidential documents, weapons, medications, cash, jewelry, fragile items, irreplaceable items, and other sensitive property before service begins.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before or at the time service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the agreed amount, including any approved adjustments, taxes, and applicable fees.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, you remain responsible for the amount owed. We may suspend or cancel future services until outstanding balances are paid.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service without charge if we receive the request at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, fail to provide access, are unavailable for entry, provide incorrect access information, or otherwise prevent the service from being completed, you may be charged up to the full scheduled amount.
Weekend, holiday, or after-hours requests may not be reviewed immediately. A cancellation or rescheduling request is only effective when received by our team, and we are not responsible for delays caused by weekend, holiday, or after-hours timing.
7. Recurring Services
Recurring services are offered as a convenience and are not long-term contracts unless separately agreed in writing.
Recurring appointments remain subject to these Terms, including pricing adjustments, service availability, access requirements, and the same 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Recurring services may be modified or canceled through the customer portal or by contacting us, subject to the timing rules above.
We may adjust recurring service pricing, appointment frequency, staffing, or availability based on changes in property condition, service scope, travel requirements, labor costs, operational needs, or other business factors.
8. Access, Safety, Utilities, and Pets
You agree to provide reasonably necessary utilities, including electricity, water, lighting, and safe working conditions for our team.
We may refuse, pause, reschedule, or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, hazardous, unlawful, threatening, inaccessible, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, materially different from what was described, or otherwise unsuitable for service.
You are responsible for securing pets before service. We are not responsible for pets that escape, hide, become distressed, or interfere with service if they are not properly secured.
9. Damage Claims, Re-Cleans, and Refunds
If you believe there is a problem with the service or property damage, you must notify us within 24 hours after service completion.
Damage claims and service-quality complaints should include reasonable detail and any supporting photos or documentation available.
Any re-clean, credit, or refund is offered only after review and in our sole but reasonable discretion. Re-cleans are generally reserved for significant service issues. Refunds, if any, are limited and discretionary.
Unless required by law, we do not guarantee a refund in every case.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed items, unstable fixtures, items that were already loose or damaged, or damage caused by undisclosed conditions.
