1. What cleaning services do you offer?
We provide hourly block-based cleaning, allowing you to book a set time with one of our professional solo cleaners. You decide how the time is spent—whether it’s focusing on specific areas or general cleaning. If you need carpet cleaning, simply add it to your booking!

2. How do I book a cleaning appointment?
Booking is simple! Use our site-wide booking form to reserve your time. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or place a $1 deposit, with the balance charged automatically after the cleaning is complete. Your payment method will be securely stored and can be managed in your My Account page. You can also book over the phone by calling us at 470-318-5240, but we recommend booking online for the fastest experience.

3. What happens after I book my cleaning?
Once your booking is confirmed, your assigned cleaner will reach out to introduce themselves as your primary point of contact. They will confirm the date and time of your cleaning and let you know they are available for any changes or special requests. On the day of your appointment, your cleaner will send you a text when they are on their way to your home.

4. What should I expect during the cleaning?
When the cleaner arrives, they will do a quick walkthrough with you to understand your highest priorities for the cleaning session. They will spend the scheduled time focusing on those priorities. In the last 5 minutes of the appointment, the cleaner will pack up their supplies to ensure they can make it to their next scheduled clean on time. If any delays occur, your cleaner will contact you to coordinate an adjusted time that works for you.

5. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No, we bring all of our own premium cleaning products and equipment. We use high-quality, healthier alternatives instead of bleach to ensure a safe, effective clean. If you have special requests, just let your cleaner know.

6. How does carpet cleaning work?
Carpet cleaning is easy and convenient! For an additional $50, we’ll bring our sanitized Bissell Big Green commercial carpet cleaner and premium carpet shampoo. The best part? Carpet cleaning doesn’t add extra time to your appointment—it’s part of your scheduled block. For example, if you book 4 hours and add carpet cleaning, you can split the time however you like—2 hours for carpet, 2 hours for standard cleaning, or any other combination.

7. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve all of Georgia. If you’re located more than 75 miles outside of Atlanta, we may need to cancel your booking at our discretion, though this is rare. Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure whether we service your area.

8. How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You can easily reschedule or cancel by contacting your assigned cleaner directly. If there are any issues, reach out to us at 470-318-5240 or [email protected]. Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

9. How do recurring cleanings work?
For recurring services, we require a payment method on file, and you can easily schedule recurring appointments through your assigned cleaner. Whether you need weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings, we make it simple and hassle-free!

10. Can I request a different cleaner?
Yes! If you’d like to change your assigned cleaner, simply use our Get in Touch page to make the request.

11. What if my payment fails after the cleaning?
If your payment method fails, we’ll notify you so you can update your details. If we’re unable to collect payment, the balance may be sent to collections per our Terms of Service.

12. What if something gets damaged during the cleaning?
Our cleaners are trained to handle your belongings with care. In the rare event that something is damaged, we will review the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. We carry insurance through The Hartford, but damages not covered by our insurance or deemed to be caused by circumstances outside of our control are not our responsibility.

13. How easy is it to book a cleaning?
